  • A dedicated Scrub, Inc. Operations Manager is assigned to each account and schedules routine on-site inspections
  • Our Quality Assurance department creates a custom inspection form focusing on client objectives that offers more than a basic cleaning checklist
  • Mindful of hectic schedules, we intermittently perform unscheduled inspections to confirm the consistency of our day-to-day service.
  • Scrub, Inc. provides digital photography to foster clear communication between all parties involved.
  • Scrub, Inc. Operations Team will continue to work closely with our on-site field staff identifying potential changes in the environment or staffing levels to verify best cleaning practices and staff time allocations
  • To promote a long-term successful partnership, a Scrub, Inc. will meet periodically with our client to review systems and processes and update cleaning specifications to ensure your best interests are being met and the continued long-term success of our program
